They never miss you until you’re completely moved on and unbothered.

If you’ve ever received a “Hey, Stranger” or “What’s up?” from an ex months or even years after cutting off correspondence with them, then you know this is true. And if you also follow social media, you probably know that no matter how famous they get or how many women they probably come into contact with daily, even the most famous of men have moments where they slip up. Out of nowhere they find themselves paying extra close attention to the moves of their ex and end up creeping in their comments.

Like when Stevie J showed that he was a fan of a look rapper/talk show host Eve wore to the Grammys on Sunday and let her know. The two were an item early on in her career and while he was still working for Bad Boy:

Of course, Eve is married now and living her best life, while Stevie, no longer play married to Joseline, is doing his own thing. But you can’t blame the guy. Eve did look pretty incredible.

Whether they want that old thing back or just want the women to know “I see you…” there have been plenty of famous men who’ve lurked on the pages of their ex’s. In most cases, they didn’t receive the response they were probably looking for. But considering that they were probably just going to waste the time of the following women once again if they had the chance, silence was likely the best reply.
