I bet you thought I’d stopped for the holidays. Nope!!! I actually went harder. I worked out every day in Japan, got back worked out, worked out in Puerto Rico and got right back to it in NYC. Progress requires you to be dedicated and constant. So for me the small triumphs are huge rewards. Strength is up Mobility is up Body fat down Muscle tone up General well being is A OK 👍🏾 If this is the year you choose to take control of how you feel in your body, do it now.
