I bet you thought I’d stopped for the holidays. Nope!!! I actually went harder. I worked out every day in Japan, got back worked out, worked out in Puerto Rico and got right back to it in NYC. Progress requires you to be dedicated and constant. So for me the small triumphs are huge rewards.
