It looks like Naya Rivera’s on-again, off-again marriage is off…again.

Around this time last year, “Glee” actress Naya Rivera filed for divorce from her husband Ryan Dorsey, after two years of marriage.

Shortly after that, the story of the divorce kind of faded into the background. Then earlier this year, we learned that Rivera dismissed the divorce from Dorsey.  Things were looking up for the couple who share two-year-old son Josey together.

But then, sh*t hit the fan when Rivera was recently arrested for domestic battery against her husband.  Dorsey claimed that Rivera hit him in the face and head while the couple were walking with their son. He even presented video of the attack to authorities.

Rivera, 30, was eventually released on $1,000 bail, her father-in-law picked her up and Big Sean tweeted that he tried to warn her about her mental state.

You may recall that Big Sean and Naya were engaged prior to her relationship with Dorsey. And just three months after their breakup, she married Dorsey on the same day she and Sean were set to tie the knot.
But after this most recent incident, Rivera has filed for divorce for the second time, during the couple’s almost three-year-marriage.

Rivera cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and the date of separation as November 24. She’s requesting joint legal and physical custody and that the judge terminate both of their ability to get spousal support.

After the domestic incident, Dorsey posted this message on Twitter.

It’s clear these two need to split. So we’re just wishing for the best as they navigate their co-parenting relationship.
